What to Do in Málaga This Weekend (June 19–21)

Summer is starting to make itself felt in Málaga, and this weekend is packed with live music, theater, family activities, and major cultural events. Highlights include Mozart's Requiem at the Teatro Cervantes, the acclaimed play Malquerida at the Teatro del Soho CaixaBank, several free outdoor concerts, and an excellent lineup of children's activities at La Térmica and the city's museums. Football fans also have a must-watch event on Saturday at 21:00: the second leg of the promotion playoff between Málaga CF and UD Almería. The match is being played in Almería, but it will be one of the most followed sporting events of the weekend and a major opportunity to see whether Málaga can secure promotion.
